Your escape begins with an essential email. Before you arrive, we will send your secure access code via the Operto platform. Check-in is fully autonomous and keyless, allowing you to arrive at your own pace and without constraint.

Timing

We carefully prepare each cabin to ensure an experience that meets your highest expectations. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be before 11:00 AM.

Transport

With the exception of the Hérisson barbu, our site is a car-free sanctuary. Please leave your vehicle in the reception parking lot. Wagons and sleds are available to transport your belongings to your cabin (foot access only). A valet service is also available upon request for an additional fee.

Our cabins are designed as refined cocoons in the heart of the forest, offering complete comfort: private hot tub, wood fireplace, heated floors, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Dining & Rest: Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your own feasts or enjoying our local meal boxes, available in ready-to-cook or ready-to-eat options. Because true rest is essential, we have carefully selected high-quality mattresses, linens, and pillows to match the caliber of the experience. Each bed includes four pillows in two different styles to suit every preference.

  • How will I receive the information for my stay?

    Following your booking, you will receive an email containing all the essential details, including your secure access code sent via the Operto platform.

    Is there a minimum stay requirement?

    Generally, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights. However, a single-night stay may be available if it is isolated between two existing bookings on our calendar.

    Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

    More than 30 days before arrival: A refund is possible (a 10% administrative fee will be retained). Less than 30 days before arrival: The stay is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person by notifying us.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

    Is there an autonomous check-in process?

    Yes. Your cabin is accessible using the digital code sent to you before your arrival, allowing you to settle in at your own pace.

    Where should I park?

    You must leave your vehicle in the designated parking area located near the reception pavilion.

    Can I drive directly to my cabin?

    Only the Hérisson barbu cabin allows for parking directly at the unit. For all other retreats, access is on foot to preserve the tranquility of the site.

    How do I carry my luggage?

    Wagons and sleds are available at the reception pavilion to help you transport your personal belongings to your cabin.

    Is the site accessible in winter?

    Yes. The site is carefully maintained year-round. Please note that during winter, a 4×4 vehicle is mandatory to navigate Rue de la Montagne. A valet service is available upon request if needed.

    Is firewood provided?

    Yes, we provide an ample supply of firewood for the duration of your stay.

    Do you offer different types of pillows?

    Yes. For your comfort, we provide a variety of pillow styles to suit individual preferences.

  • Are pets allowed?

    At this time, pets are not permitted in order to limit allergens and respect the tranquility of our neighbors.

    Can I have visitors?

    Out of respect for the cabins’ capacity and the site’s peaceful atmosphere, please contact us for any special requests regarding visitors.

    Is this a non-smoking environment?

    Yes. All of our cabins are strictly non-smoking.

    Is there a noise policy for the evening?

    To preserve the site’s calm and the quiet of the neighborhood, we ask that you avoid music and excessive noise outdoors after 11:00 PM.
