The name itself—an acronym for “Escapade dans une Cabane Perchée à travers les Arbres” (An Escape in a Cabin Perched through the Trees)—embodies our promise of pure wandering.
Located on the mountainside in the picturesque village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, our retreats are functional works of art designed to blur the line between indoors and outdoors. Each unit, with its unique architectural design and transparent glass walls, invites you to contemplate the majestic spectacle of the Saguenay Fjord.

Behind ESCAPA are five founders united by a single vision: to create a high-end lodging destination in Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, deeply rooted in its surroundings.
The team brings together two architects, an entrepreneur specializing in eco-construction, and two founders from the world of forestry. Together, they have combined their perspectives, expertise, and sensitivity to shape a project where architecture, the forest, the landscape, and comfort exist in natural dialogue.
